In a global economic downturn, many people viewed my move as risky, but I truly believe and live by the fact that you get what you focus on.  YPM is a result of that focus & determination, along with inspiration from one of my idols, Mr John McGrath of McGrath Estate Agents, NSW, where my real estate career began.
